Shipping policy

At Aura by LK, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped with care. All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, please allow additional time for processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders shipping within Louisiana will be shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders shipping outside of Louisiana will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. This schedule minimizes weekend transit times and helps protect the quality of our products.

Local Delivery 

For customers located in the New Orleans area, we offer local delivery, charges may apply. You will receive an email, text or phone call within 48-72 hours of your order to coordinate a convenient delivery time. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
