Refund policy
At Aura by LK, every candle is hand-poured with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a candle has been used.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at info@aurabylk.com with your order number, a photo, and description of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund any item that arrived in less than perfect condition. We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds based on personal preference for scent. Fragrance experiences are deeply personal, and we encourage customers to review scent descriptions and notes before purchasing.
