🕯️ How long do your candles burn?

Each size has its own burn time. Here's a quick guide:

• 4 oz Single Wick Jar – 25–30 hours
• 8 oz Single Wick Tin – 35–40 hours
• 10 oz Double Wick Jar – 45–50 hours
• 12 oz Double Wick Jar – 50–60 hours
• 16 oz Triple Wick Jar – 40–50 hours

🕯️ Are all Aura by LK candles made with coconut soy wax?

Our Signature Collection and aromatherapy candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut soy wax blend for a smooth, clean burn and elevated scent experience.

For local pop-up events, we occasionally offer limited-edition candles made with 100% soy wax to support small-batch production. These candles still feature our signature fragrance blends and deliver the same high-quality experience you expect from Aura by LK.

Whether it’s coconut soy or 100% soy, every candle is crafted with care, intention, and the finest fragrance oils.

✨ How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. Let the wax melt to the edges on the first light to avoid tunneling. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Always place your candle on a flat, stable surface away from drafts or flammable items.

🎨 Why is there a color change in my wax?

This is completely normal! We use natural coconut soy wax and clean fragrance oils. Some discoloration is due to the natural curing process or certain fragrance types—but it won’t affect how your candle performs.

📦 Do your candles expire?

To ensure the richest scent experience, we recommend using your candle within 12 months of the pour date. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, with the lid on.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

All candles are hand poured in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships. We ship orders Monday through Thursday for Louisiana customers and Monday through Wednesday for out-of-state customers. This helps ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition and aren’t delayed in transit over the weekend.

🚗 Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! If you're located in our delivery area, you'll see the “Local Delivery” option at checkout. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before delivery. Deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days after processing. We'll notify you when your order is out for delivery.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on used candles. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please  Contact us here within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly replace or refund any item that is missing or arrived in less than perfect condition. Be sure to include your order number, a photo and a description of the issue.  Please note, we do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds based on personal preference for scent. Fragrance experiences are deeply personal, and we encourage customers to review scent descriptions and notes before purchasing.

🎁 Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. All candles are beautifully packaged and are perfect for gifts. You can add a gift note at checkout—we’ll handwrite it on your behalf.

⚠️ Are your candles safe to burn?

Yes—but always follow safe candle practices. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from pets, children, and flammable materials. Trim your wick before each burn and burn on a stable surface.
