Yes. Every Aura by LK candle is hand-poured with our premium coconut soy wax blend for a smooth, clean burn and an elevated scent experience. This exclusive wax formula is the foundation of both our Signature and Aromatherapy Collections, ensuring consistent performance and luxury quality in every candle.

Each candle is crafted with care, intention, and the finest fragrance oils—always true to the Aura by LK standard.

🕯️ How long do your candles burn?

Each size has its own burn time. Here's a quick guide:

4 oz Single Wick Jar – 25–30 hours
8 oz Single Wick Tin – 35–40 hours
10 oz Double Wick Jar – 45–50 hours
12 oz Double Wick Jar – 50–60 hours
14 oz Double Wick Jar – 55–65 hours
16 oz Luxe Triple Wick Jar – 50-60 hours
20 oz Luxe Triple Wick Jar – 60-75 hours

For the best performance, burn your candle long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface, usually 2–4 hours. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

✨ How should I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. Let the wax melt to the edges on the first light to avoid tunneling. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Always place your candle on a flat, stable surface away from drafts or flammable items.

🌿 How do I use wax melts?

Place one or two wax melts in an approved wax warmer. Enjoy the fragrance until it begins to fade, then allow the wax to cool before removing and replacing it. Never add water or use wax melts over an open flame.

🌿 How long do wax melts last?

Fragrance longevity varies by scent and warmer, but most melts provide multiple hours of fragrance. Replace the wax when the scent is no longer noticeable.

🚗 How do I use my car diffuser?

Remove the plastic stopper, securely replace the wooden lid, then gently tip the bottle upside down for 2–3 seconds to allow the fragrance oil to saturate the wooden lid. Return the diffuser to an upright position and hang it securely in your vehicle. Repeat as needed to refresh the scent.

🚗 How long do car diffusers last?

Most Aura by LK car diffusers provide fragrance for 4–8 weeks, depending on temperature, airflow, and how often the wooden lid is refreshed.

🚗 Can the diffuser leak?

Always keep the diffuser upright except when briefly tipping it to refresh the wooden lid. Wipe away any spills immediately, as fragrance oils may damage certain surfaces.

🌸 How do I use room spray?

Shake well before each use and spray into the air to instantly refresh your space. For fabrics or linens, always test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Avoid spraying directly onto finished wood, leather, electronics, or pets.

📦 Do your home fragrance products expire?

Candles, wax melts, room sprays, and car diffusers are best enjoyed within 12 months for the richest fragrance experience. Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their quality.

🎨 Why is there a color change in my wax?

This is completely normal! We use natural coconut soy wax and clean fragrance oils. Some discoloration is due to the natural curing process or certain fragrance types—but it won’t affect how your candle performs.

🌱 Are your products clean and phthalate-free?

Yes. Aura by LK products are made using premium fragrance oils that are free of phthalates and parabens. Our candles are crafted with a premium coconut soy wax blend, while our wax melts are made with premium soy wax. We are committed to creating products that are both luxurious and thoughtfully made.

🎁 Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Our candles, wax melts, room sprays, and car diffusers are designed to complement one another, making it easy to create a personalized gift set for any occasion. Don't know which fragrance to chose, we offer gift cards also.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday for Louisiana customers and Monday through Wednesday for out-of-state customers. This helps ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition and aren’t delayed in transit over the weekend.

🚗 Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! If you're located in our delivery area, you'll see the “Local Delivery” option at checkout. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before delivery. Deliveries are typically completed within 1–2 business days after processing. We'll notify you when your order is out for delivery.

🔁 What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on used candles, wax melts, room sprays, car diffusers, or any fragrance products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please Contact us here within 3 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace or refund any item that is missing or arrived in less than perfect condition. Be sure to include your order number, a photo and a description of the issue. Please note, we do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds based on personal preference for scent. Fragrance experiences are deeply personal, and we encourage customers to review scent descriptions and notes before purchasing.
